Not bad for a small neighborhood HOA
Small community with an HOA board that you can get in contact with when needed. They responded to issues related to the community areas such as parks and signs etc.. Fees are reasonable due to the amount of amenities and size of the neighborhood. Only downside or plus side depending on your view is the Flock Cameras they had installed.
