The Good:This is a small 55+ park (only 136 homes) reasonablely priced, with clubhouse and pool and allow small pets.

The Bad:Mean spirited homeowners association being controlled by one family and their relatives. First time you choose to vote against that family you will be put on a black list and nasty rumor will be spread about you. A neighbor was sued after he contacted Parkinson's Disease because a family member was too young to live in this park to take care of him. Court ruled in favor of the parkinson's patient saying "no age limit on caregiver". Lawn police sent out 14 bill to homeowners for weeds in flower beds that is not covered in the deed restrictions and costing some homeowners as high as $200. Final straw for us Februaury 11,2010, Pasco County Sheriff office came to this park because one park member tried to run over the head honcho. I am sure there is a report at the sheriff's office. Our advice to any potential buyers is to randomally check with homeowners in any park on the feuding within the park and how often and how high assessments are because ours has been often and high and now with the economy tanked and one third for sale or foreclosure, we can't get out and it would have saved us a lot of frief, so do your homework to save yourself a lot of grief.

We are park residence since 1991. Problems started after " said family" moved into this park. We tried to have people from other parks become involved with our "china painting" and they were not allowed to participate in it, but "outside people" can come to support our park dances and bingo. We were told that "our park" insurance would not cover the "china painters".
This "family" controls all aspects of this park. There is free RV parking and a lot of nice community events that the " family" doesn't fully control.

Heard you recalled your treasurer last week. We see her house is up for sale. No one ever said what the problem was with the treasurer or why the recall.
